I'd like to know how they plan to make their hate speech acceptable: "When we express our (religious) differences, it has to be done in a civilized way ... (and) this was unacceptable.”

The problem is that the anti-Semitism and anti-non-Muslim hatred in general is an important part of Islam and can't be separated from it. So basically what the Muslim is saying is that he has to express his hateful ideas in a more PC-friendly way because if he doesn't express them at all, he's not teaching Islam.
