We have a big problem in my city because of retirement benefits for cops. Millions of dollars are flowing to their directions and city budget just want be able to keep up.

half of city budged goes for their retirement, and they can retire after 20 years of service...i have over 10 years of job experience and I am not even 30 years old, so think about it, at age 40-45 you retire with 2/3 of your pay :o
