"Adding comments disabled" without my authorization

I found that adding comments had been disabled for about two thirds of my videos without my authorization. I had to go through and re-click my original settings, which re-enabled ratings and comments. Has anyone else had this problem?

Actually, it looks like a lot of videos (including pro-Obama) have this problem, and also some anti-Semitic "Jews caused 9/11" videos.

Same thing happened here, they were just doing some tech stuff.
