Anyone have the I phone 4s and figured out how to get a continuous blinking

message indicator light, that blinks until you either read  the text message or play the voice mail.    I didn't see an application for it either.

This is ridiculous- cell phones from 15 years ago had continuous blinking  message indicator lights.
