Just had a brain wave. Tear up the extradition treaty and massively increase prison sentances for petty crime..... Yep.... faced with 30 year sentances for panhandling, the schwartzas, wetbacks and other undesirables will have no choice but to go south of the border when they break the law. If mexico is going to send it's losers hear....let's send ours there.
