I think nationalism is only useful or viable if it limits itself somewhat. If you try to take over the entire world then you lose the nationalism somewhere along the way and end up a multiculturalist instead. That also violates other people's rights to have room and resources for their own people.

When it starts to violate other people it becomes fascism, that's not nationalism anymore. Like the Arabs, how many nations did they steal from indigenous Christian Semites? How they conquer the more civilized Persian people and forced them to be Muslims, threw out their old pre-islam gov. and replace it with this new Islamic vassal? Conservatism is the political belief that government should be limited in its scope, both in its ability to legislate and its ability to tax.

So is conservatism and Judeo-Christian values (unless there are conservatives amiss outside the free world, which I never heard of). But you can't claim to be fully the one without any of the others. Its more like comparing a screw and a car. The screw is not the conservative car (probably Hemmi) but what is the car but a grouping of parts? Without the things that make up conservatism, namely things that have and continue to work including those mentioned, what is conservatism, what is to be conserved about our way of life but the ways we handle things in our lives?
