Your Excellency,
As you are already notified, on February 2nd, 2007 by the note No 382/07 we are convinced that USA is of the judgmental influence regarding international relationships, and therefore we are drawing your attention to suffering of Serbian people on the territory of former Yugoslavia – it does not stop, but on the contrary, seems that the Serbs are to expect new tragedies on the large scale. USA do not protect between 500 and 800.000 of Serbs exiled from the Republics of Serbian Krajina and Croatia. This fact indicates a dark foreboding – in expectation of new atrocities over Serbs, this time in Kosovo and Metohia and other parts of Serbia. The cause of that is already indicated separation of Kosovo and Metohia from the Republic of Serbia, indicated in the proposal of Marti Ahtisaria. It is the rudest attack onto sovereignty of one state, with negative consequences even upon the surrounding countries.
In the name of the exiled people of RSK and Croatia, I do kindly ask your Excellency to transfer to the Government of USA the idea to do everything in order to avoid the new atrocities over the Serbian nation. It should not be a problem for Washington- since it is sufficient to respect sovereignty and untouchable borders of Republic of Serbia.

An appeal for such a humane action is motivated by the principals of the Scroll about the human rights of UN and fundaments of the international law, but also by the International obligation of the Government of USA toward the Republic of Serbia. Just to remind you that USA exceptionally accept the decisions of Conferences for peace after the First and the Second World Wars. USA has a special respect in the world as a leading member of victorian democratic coalition in both wars. Of course, that respect and reputation share and other members-with exception of Serbia. Serbia is exposed to an incredible pressure since 1945 - when anti Serbian oriented communists were chosen by the Aliens in the leadership of Yugoslavia. The suffering was prolonged and when USA and their allies were supporting separatist forces in Yugoslavia from 1990-1999.
Beside of this sin regarding its ally Serbia, -in two world wars, USA have signed the agreement about the “partnership for the peace” with the Republic of Serbia. It is and surprising fact that just in that phase of military agreement, Marti Ahtisari is threatening with the separation of the part of the Republic of Serbia – the most precious for Serbian people from historical and ethnical point of view. Does it mean, Your Excellency, that Republic of Serbia does not have a warranty about the inviolability of its borders - in a momentum phases of the road toward NATO membership?

Regarding the fact that USA as well as the governments of European countries do not anything in order to remove the consequences of Croatian genocide and ethnic cleansing over Serbs, this letter has a character of an opened discussion.
