Suicide bombers hit three Saudi cities:

Suicide bombers struck three cities across Saudi Arabia on Monday, in an apparently coordinated campaign of attacks as Saudis prepared to break their fast on the penultimate day of the holy month of Ramadan.

The explosions targeting U.S. diplomats, Shi'ite worshippers and a security headquarters at a mosque in the holy city of Medina follow days of mass killings claimed by the Islamic State group, in Turkey, Bangladesh and Iraq. The attacks all seem to have been timed to coincide with the approach of Eid al-Fitr, the holiday that celebrates the end of the fast.

A Saudi security official said an attacker parked a car near the U.S. consulate in Jeddah before detonating the device. The official said the government was checking the reports of blasts in Qatif and Medina.

In the only one of the three attacks that appeared to have caused many casualties, a suicide bomber detonated a bomb near the security headquarters of the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, the second-holiest site in Islam.

Saudi-owned al-Arabiya television said an initial death toll from the Medina blast included three suicide bombers and two security forces officers.

A video sent to Reuters by a witness to the aftermath of the Medina bombing showed a large blaze among parked cars in the fading evening light, with a sound of sirens in the background. A picture sent to Reuters showed a burnt and bleeding man lying on a stretcher in a hospital.

Other pictures circulating on social media showed dark smoke billowing from flames near the Mosque of the Prophet, originally built in the 7th century by the Prophet Muhammad, who is buried there along with his first two successors.

In Qatif, an eastern city that is home to many members of the Shi'ite minority, at least one and possibly two explosions struck near a Shi'ite mosque.

Witnesses described body parts, apparently of a suicide bomber, in the aftermath.

A resident of the city reached by telephone said there were believed to be no casualties there apart from the attacker, as worshippers had already gone home to break their fasts. Civil defense forces were cleaning up the area and police were investigating, the resident said.

A video circulating on social media and purporting to show the aftermath of a Qatif blast showed an agitated crowd on a street, with a fire raging near a building, and a bloody body part lying on the ground. Reuters could not immediately verify the video.

Hours earlier a suicide bomber was killed and two people were wounded in a blast near the U.S. consulate in the kingdom's second city Jeddah.

The Jeddah blast was the first bombing in years to attempt to target foreigners in the kingdom. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.

Islamic State has carried out a series of bombing and shooting attacks in Saudi Arabia since mid-2014 that have killed scores of people, mostly members of the Shi'ite Muslim minority and security services.

Turkey enters Syria to halt Kurds: analysts

Beirut (AFP) - Turkey's decision to send troops into Syria is a last-ditch bid to prevent the realisation of its worst nightmare: the creation of a "Syrian Kurdistan", analysts say.

On Wednesday, Ankara launched operation "Euphrates Shield", dispatching tanks and special forces to fight alongside pro-Turkish Syrian rebels to capture the town of Jarabulus from the Islamic State group.

The extremist group abandoned the border town almost immediately, but experts said Ankara's operation was directed less at IS and more at preventing further advances by Syrian Kurdish forces that control large swathes of the Syria-Turkey border.

Turkey considers the Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) a branch of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which it deems a "terrorist" organisation, and it has long warned against the creation of an autonomous Kurdish region in northern Syria.

"The Kurdish issue now seems to be topping (Turkish President Recep Tayyip) Erdogan's list of priorities in Syria," wrote Aron Lund, a Syria expert with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

"The prospect of an oil-funded and US-backed PKK statelet on its southern border is a nightmare for Ankara," he wrote.

Kurds, who make up about 15 percent of Syria's population, have largely avoided fighting alongside either the government or opposition since the country's conflict began in March 2011.

Instead, they have focused on building semi-autonomous institutions, in March declaring a "federal region" composed of three "cantons" in north and northeast Syria.

In the global protracted war of the muslamic terrorist infighting, now Turkey has adopted to the methods of direct intervention. This step has an inkling that Turkey is the Northern Power and can be expected to play its evil role more seriously in coming future for some time to come.

Yemen: Death toll in ISIL's Aden bombing rises to 70
Gathering of new recruits at army training camp in northern part of Aden was targeted in suicide car bombing.

The death toll in a suicide car bomb attack on an army training camp in Yemen's port city of Aden has risen to 70, according to medical sources.

The incident took place at a camp in northern Aden on Monday when the attacker drove his vehicle into a gathering of new recruits at the camp.

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group claimed responsibility for the attack later on Monday.

Khidra Lasour, the director general of Yemen's health ministry in Aden, told Reuters news agency that at least 67 people were wounded.

"It's a massacre. This is the highest death toll in any attack that has happened in Aden," Hakim Almasmari, editor-in-chief of Yemen Post newspaper, told Al Jazeera.

President of Philippines declares nationwide 'state of lawlessness'
Rodrigo Duterte deploys troops after bomb detonated by Islamic militant group Abu Sayyaf kills 14 and injures 70 in Davao:

The president of the Philippines has declared a nationwide “state of lawlessness” after suspected Islamic extremists detonated a bomb that killed 14 people and wounded about 70 in Davao, his home city.

Rodrigo Duterte said his declaration did not amount to an imposition of martial law. It allows troops to be deployed in urban centres to back up the police in setting up checkpoints and increasing patrols, he said.

Abu Rami, a spokesman for the Islamist militant group Abu Sayyaf, claimed responsibility for the blast near a night market and an upmarket hotel, but Duterte said investigators were looking at other possible suspects, including drug cartels, which he has targeted in a bloody crackdown.

“These are extraordinary times and I supposed that I’m authorised to allow the security forces of this country to do searches,” Duterte said on a visit to the scene of the attack. “We’re trying to cope up with a crisis now. There is a crisis in this country involving drugs, extrajudicial killings and there seems to be an environment of lawless violence.”

Duterte was mayor of Davao for years before being elected president in June. He has postponed a visit to Brunei due to begin on Sunday.

it seems that the global muslamic terrorism is spreading in to the distant Philippines and specially Mindenao. The specialty in this case is that the muslamic terrorism here must be in league with the drug mafia.

The actual problem with Pakistan is that those who are fit to join the army, they join the politics and those who are fit to join the politics, they join the the army. Now additionally to them those who are fit to join the religion they join the terrorism and those who are fit to join the terrorism they join the religion. The consequential results are clearly evident.

Pakistan mosque bombing: At least 25 people killed by Taliban suicide blast during Friday prayers:
Witnesses say bomber shouted ''Allahu Akbar' before detonating explosives

At least 25 people have been killed in a suicide bombing claimed by a Taliban splinter group at a mosque in Pakistan.

The blast struck as Muslims gathered for Friday prayers in the village of Payee Khan in Mohmand Agency district.

“The suicide bomber was in crowded mosque, he shouted 'Allahu Akbar', and then there was a huge blast,” Naveed Akbar, deputy administrator of the region, told Reuters.
Officials said at least 25 people were killed and 30 injured and there were fears the death toll could rise as rescue operations continued.

Pakistani Taliban faction Jamaat ul-Ahrar claimed responsibility for the attack, with local tribal elder Haji Subhanullah Mohmand suggesting it may have been revenge for the killing of a militant by tribal volunteers.

“It seems to have enraged the militants and they got their revenge by carrying out a suicide attack in a mosque today,” he said.

Uri attack LIVE: Initial reports indicate role of JeM, have spoken to Pakistan, says Army
The initial investigations by the Army indicated the role of Jaish-e-Mohammed in the attack with weapons recovered from the slain terrorists having Pakistan marking.

In one of the worst casualties suffered by the Indian Army in recent times, a fidayeen attack left at least 17 soldiers dead at the rear base of an infantry regiment in Uri. The early morning attack was carried out by four terrorists, all of who have been neutralised.
The 12th brigade headquarters at Uri is located close to the Line of Control (LoC). The rear office is where army battalion’s logistic equipment is kept. Para Commandos of the Army from Baramulla were dropped at the site and the injured air lifted soon after daybreak.

Home Minister Rajnath Singh had called an emergency meeting to study the situation and cancelled a scheduled foreign trip for the same. Army Chief Dalbir Singh Suhag arrived in Srinagar to meet the injured soldiers.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also took to Twitter and condemned the attack. He said that those responsible for it will not go unpunished.

If we can not attack today and destroy the muslamic terrorists camps within POK/Pakistan with Brahmos missiles and/or anything else, then we do not deserve to sign on the Rafale deal. Even 45 squadrons of Rafale are not going to embolden us and will remain as showpieces. BTW the leaders are humbly requested to keep silent till they are really able to retaliate against Pakistan666.

Has India already avenged Uri by killing 20 Pakistani terrorists in PoK?
A report in TheQuint.com claims that two units of the army's elite 2 PARA conducted the operation in the Uri sector and attacked three terror camps in PoK.

WHAT WAS THE PoK OPERATION ABOUT?

Has the Indian Army already killed 20 terrorists by flying across the Line of Control (LoC) into Pakistan in a covert operation to avenge the martyrdom of 18 of its soldiers killed in Uri last week?
A report in TheQuint.com published today claims that two units of the army's elite 2 PARA conducted the operation in the Uri sector and attacked three terror camps in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK).
The report, which has not been confirmed by any defence authority or the government so far, further claims that the total casualties in the operation could have been nearly 200.
The operation by about 18-20 soldiers of 2 PARA who flew into PoK in choppers was reportedly conducted during the night of September 20-21, two days after the Uri army camp attack.
Citing sources in the army, The Quint said it "stood by its story" even as many on social media questioned the veracity of the report. The army, however, has officially denied carrying out the operation.
"In light of the reactions to this article, The Quint decided to reconfirm the information from its sources. We stand by our story," said the disclaimer on top of the story.
Both the armed forces and the government have denied this. When India Today reporters contacted highly-placed individuals in the government, they called the story a 'figment of a fertile imagination'. But they didn't want to come on record.

To further substantiate its story, The Quint has pieced together Pakistan's declaration of a no-fly zone over the PoK on the night of September 20 - as reported by India Today TV - as well as the cancellation of various flights to northern Pakistani cities.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's call to his Army chief General Raheel Sharif from New York is also being cited as another evidence of the rumblings within the Pakistani establishment over the PoK operation.
Back home, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar had on Wednesday said the Uri attack may need a "knee-jerk" reaction. "We won't go into details of what India can do, but sometimes knee-jerk reaction is required," he said.
SO, HAS INDIA AVENGED URI?
Did Parrikar mean the PoK operation as the knee-jerk reaction that the Indian government had approved after Prime Minister Narendra Modi's tweet that the Uri attackers "would not go unpunished".
Has India really avenged the killing of 18 of its soldiers, even as New Delhi corners Pakistan on the global stage by calling it a state sponsor of terror?
If it is so, why is the government not confirming the operation, despite a massive clamour within the country calling for a befitting reply to the Uri massacre?
Also, why hasn't Pakistan raised a hue and cry yet if its airspace was violated by the Indian soldiers to carry out the killing of 20 terrorists in the PoK?
As the frenzy over a possible India-Pakistan war builds up over Uri, it is perhaps too early to expect any confirmation from the government. Watch this space for more.
SOCIAL MEDIA STORM
Meanwhile, on social media, while many were elated to believe this to be true, many others ridiculed the report.

http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/uri-attack-indian-army-pakistan-terrorists-pok-loc/1/770625.html

It can not be confirmed but it seems to be true. If it is true, it is due to the change of leadership. The Prime Minister, Home Minister and Defense Minister all are righteous persons.

Washington mall shooting: Police arrest 20-year-old suspect

One day after a shooting left five people dead at a mall north of Seattle, authorities arrested a 20-year-old suspect Saturday after an overnight manhunt that left the city on edge.

Arcan Cetin is suspected of killing four women and a man Friday night at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, Washington.
Washington state authorities said it's too early to rule out terrorism or anything else because their investigation is still in the preliminary stages.
Before the suspect's arrest, an official with the FBI had told reporters there was "no evidence at this time" of a link to terrorism.

Kind of zombie-like'
When police confronted the suspect walking down the street near his residence in Oak Harbor, he did not try to run, he just froze and complied, said Lt. Mike Hawley of the Island County Sheriff's Office.
The suspect, who was not armed at the time of his arrest, said nothing, "kind of zombie-like," Hawley said.
Cetin immigrated from Turkey and is a legal permanent resident of the United States, authorities said. It's unclear when he moved to the US.

Immigration from Turkey explains it all and connects him to the religion of peace overtly or covertly.

In the above-said surgical strike the Indian army units obliterated about 50 numbers of the muslamic Pakistani terrorists. At 5 locations 7 of their camps and launch pads were destroyed. Israeli tavor assault rifles were extensively used along with indigenous assault rifles and variety of grenades. All operations were quenched with the free use of the flame throwers.

Have all the sympathies with the Pakistani muslamic terrorists who were found asleep during the surgical strike and were awakened up duly and surgically operated efficiently and then struck blue and black till they all went to sleep again, this time permanently. I hope the surgical instruments and equipment and operations were quite in order and in good faith to the full satisfaction of our revered customers. I also hope that the doctors involved were well qualified surgeons.

BTW it is true that the normal pakistani muslamics thought that this surgical strike was performed only in the above said manner.

Islamic State claims responsibility for deadly mosque attack in Afghan capital:

Islamic State on Wednesday claimed responsibility for a mass shooting that killed at least 18 worshippers at a shrine in the Afghan capital, raising fears of sectarian violence after a string of attacks on the country's Shi'ite minority. The claim to Tuesday's attack, released online, came as the community observed Ashura, one of its holiest days, although commemorations have been subdued because of security fears. On Wednesday afternoon, an explosion outside a mosque in northern Afghanistan killed at least 14 people and wounded 24 at a similar gathering. There was no immediate claim of responsibility for that assault. Islamic State had earlier targeted members of Kabul's Shi'ite community in a suicide bombing in July that killed more than 80 people and wounded 130. The attacker in Kabul, said to be wearing a police uniform, entered the Karte Shakhi mosque on Tuesday night and opened fire on a crowd of Shi'ite Muslims marking Ashura, which commemorates the seventh-century death of a grandson of the prophet Mohammad. In its statement, Islamic State said the attacker detonated a suicide vest after firing all his ammunition, but security forces said they shot the man. A Reuters video shows the suspected attacker's body intact, with no sign of an explosive vest.

At the behest of Pakistan and ISIS, the muslamic terrorists keep Afghanistan bathing in its own blood. There is no respite from this. Pakistan is the mother of the global mulamic terrorism so pakistan has to be obliterated completely here and now.

Due to the impending collapse of the muslamic terrorist Caliphate of ISIS from Iraq and Syria, Bagdadi the Caliph is most likely to runaway. Pakistan: LeJ behind police academy attack in Quetta

Pakistani general says phone intercepts show three Lashkar-e-Jhangvi attackers received instructions from Afghanistan.

Funerals have been held for those who died in the overnight assault of a police training college in Quetta that left at least 61 people dead and 170 others wounded.

Nawaz Sharif, the Pakistani prime minister, arrived in the provincial capital of Balochistan on Tuesday to pay tribute to the victims of the attack, which was claimed by the banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) armed group.

Al Jazeera's Osama Bin Javaid, reporting from Quetta, said survivors recalled hiding under their beds and jumping off windows to escape the attack.

Battle for Mosul: how Isis is losing ground

In June 2014, when the leader of Isis, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, declared a global caliphate, he did it from Mosul, Iraq’s second city. Isis rapidly expanded its territory in Iraq and Syria throughout that year, but has since been gradually pushed back, partly due to US-led airstrikes. Losing Mosul now could spell the end of the jihadi group’s ability to control large swaths of Iraq.

The long-awaited operation to take back Mosul began on 17 October, involving a coalition of more than 30,000 troops drawn from Iraqi army forces, Kurdish peshmerga fighters and Shia militias, supported by airstrikes from a US-led coalition. Turkish forces are also involved despite Iraqi government opposition.

Around 6,000 Isis fighters could be holed up in the city among more than a million civilians. It was agreed that only the Iraqi army would enter Mosul, due to fears its mainly Sunni inhabitants would see the Kurdish and Shia forces as too partisan.

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/nov/04/battle-for-mosul-maps-visual-guide-fighting-iraq-isis

So the protracted war of the muslamic terrorist infighting due to their own deep internal contradictions has entered in to another interesting phase. The murderer forces of ISIS are on the verge of getting routed from Mosul within a month or so. Bagdadi is most likely to hide in Pakistan666 and command the global muslamic terrorism from there itself.

Aleppo battle: UN alarm as 16,000 civilians flee government advance

Up to 16,000 civilians have been displaced by the Syrian government's advance into besieged rebel-held areas of the city of Aleppo, the UN says.
Humanitarian chief Stephen O'Brien said thousands more were likely to flee if the fighting continued to spread and intensify in the coming days.
Troops and militiamen have retaken more than a third of the rebel-held eastern half of Aleppo since the weekend.
Overnight, at least 18 people were killed in government air strikes on the remaining rebel-held areas, including 12 in the Shaar district near the new northern frontline, according to a UK-based monitoring group.
Another 10 died in an air strike in the Bab al-Nairab area on Tuesday morning, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights added.
An opposition activist network said a group of displaced civilians had been targeted and it put the death toll at 25.

Aleppo was Syria's largest city and its commercial and industrial hub before the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad began in 2011.

It has been divided in roughly two for the past four years, with the government controlling the west and rebels the east.
But in the past year, Syrian troops have broken the deadlock with the help of Iranian-backed Shia Muslim militias and Russian air strikes.
In early September they reinstated a siege of the east, trapping the 275,000 people living there, and launched an all-out assault later that month.

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-38143187

So the global protracted war of the muslamic terrorist infighting is in full swing at Aleppo and even Mosul. Let it be continued for some more time to come.

ISIL 'recaptures' Palmyra from Syrian forces:
More than 4,000 fighters converge on ancient city, forcing government troops to retreat south in reversal of fortunes.

ISIL has recaptured the Syrian city of Palmyra after thousands of its fighters launched a multi-pronged assault on the ancient city, according to reports.

The Russian Monitoring Centre in Syria said on Sunday that ISIL, or the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant group, had drawn on "significant forces" from its strongholds in nearby Raqqa and Deir Az-zor, with more than 4,000 fighters, backed by tanks, attacking the city.

Russia, Syria's ally, had launched a flurry of air strikes overnight that reportedly killed 300 ISIL fighters and forced the group to retreat.

However, later on Sunday, ISIL, also known as ISIS, claimed to be in full control of Palmyra via Amaq, a news agency that supports the group, with government troops forced to retreat to the south of the city.

Talal al-Barazi, the governor of Homs, confirmed to Syrian state TV that ISIL had captured Palmyra, adding that the army was using all of its means to regain control.

ISIL captured Palmyra, also known as Tadmur, in May last year, before losing the city 10 months later to much international fanfare.

During that time, it destroyed some ancient sites and artefacts while using others to stage mass executions.

http://www.aljazeera.com/news/2016/12/isil-recaptures-palmyra-syrian-forces-161211133342925.html

ISIS is desperately retaliating at few places like Aleppo, Palmyra, Rakka and Mosul. However the collapse of the muslamic terrorist caliphate of ISIS is now near. Bagdadi will hide and take shelter in Pakistan and will talk about the next beating and killing of the global muslamic terrorists in the futuristic war of the Gazwatul-Hind.

Russian Ambassador Shot Dead in Turkey :

Russia’s ambassador to Turkey, Andrey Karlov, is reportedly dead after he was shot by a gunman at an art gallery in Ankara. According to reports, several others were injured in the attack, which comes as protests are taking place in the country over Russia’s involvement in the Syrian civil war. According to the BBC, the gunman, who was dressed in a suit, shouted, “Don’t forget about Aleppo, don’t forget about Syria,” and added: “Allahu Akhbar.” Karlov was speaking at an event at the gallery when he was shot from behind and collapsed.

RMK said back in 1988 that Islam is an existential threat to the entire Earth.

The common sense thing to do is to nuke Mecca, to prove that "my God is stronger than your god", & thereby end Islam once & for all.

This is precisely what George Bush threatened to do in 2001 if there was another 911-type attack.

Trump prides himself on his "common sense".

If so, we can expect Mecca to soon no longer exist.

Terrorist Attack at Istanbul Nightclub Kills Dozens:

ISTANBUL — A gunman opened fire at an Istanbul nightclub filled with New Year’s revelers early Sunday morning, killing at least 39 people and injuring scores of others, according to Turkish officials.

The target of the attack was the Reina nightclub, in the Ortakoy neighborhood overlooking the Bosporus.

As many as 600 people were estimated to have been in the club when the attacker, a lone gunman, burst in around 1:15 a.m. and opened fire.

At least 15 of the people killed were foreigners, the Foreign Ministry said. They included citizens of Belgium, France, India, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia, according to news agencies and government statements. Sixty-nine people were hospitalized, four in critical condition.

No one immediately claimed responsibility for the mass shooting, which came as threats against Turkey by the Islamic State and its supporters have increased. It was the fourth terrorist attack in Turkey in less than a month.

Erdogan has created so many friends and so many enemies within the muslamic terrorists that no one for sure can say that which one of the muslamic terrorists has perpetrated this attack.

Blast in Turkey: 50 dead, 94 injured

Death toll in blast in Turkey has reached risen 50 people, Anadolu agency reported.

Gaziantep Governor Ali Yerlikaya said the blast was a terror attack and that there were injuries reported. Ambulances and police have been dispatched to the scene.

Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet ?im?ek said that the explosion may have been caused by a suicide attack, adding that the death toll might be higher than reported.

"The aim of terror is to scare the people but we will not allow this," said ?im?ek, who also represents Gaziantep in the Turkish parliament.

"It is barbaric to attack a wedding," he told Turkish television.

The blast took place in a mainly Kurdish-inhabited neighborhood of the city, while local reporters and officials said that the family hosting the wedding is from eastern Turkey. Reports suggest that 300 to 500 people were at the area when the explosion took place.

The ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party) deputy ?amil Tayyar said that the attack was carried out by Daesh terrorist group.

Gaziantep borders Syria's Aleppo province, where intense clashes between Daesh and U.S.-backed SDF and opposition groups have been continuing for weeks in the towns of Manbij and Jarablous.

PESHAWAR: A powerful explosion ripped through a crowded vegetable market in minority Shias dominated Parachinar in northwest Pakistan's restive Kurram tribal agency, killing at least 25 people and injuring 50 others.

The blast - claimed by Tehrik-i-Taliban - occurred at the market inside Eidgah Bazaar in Parachinar, the administrative headquarters of the agency near the Afghan border.
Citing the political administration in Kurram agency, Geo TV said that at least 25 people were killed in the blast.

However, in a brief statement the military said that 20 people have been killed in the attack.

Initial report suggests that explosives kept in a vegetable crate exploded during auction of the vegetables, officials said.

The injured were shifted to Parachinar headquarters hospital where there is a shortage of doctors and medical facilities. At least 10 patients were said to be in critical condition.
A statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said the improvised explosive device (IED) blast took place at 08:50 AM in the vegetable market.
"Army and FC Quick Response officials have reached the blast site and cordoned off the area. Army helicopters have been flown in for medical evacuation of the injured," it said.
Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan condemned the attack and ordered a detailed report regarding the incident.

Muttahida Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, a Shia political organisation, announced three days of mourning over the blast.

According to officials, the death toll is expected to rise as the market was crowded due to early morning rush.

Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan spokesman Umer Khurasani has claimed responsibility for the blast. He said the blast was to avenge the killing of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi chief Asif Chotu.
Asif, who was on Pakistan's most wanted terrorist list and carried a bounty of Rs 3,000,000 on his head, was killed along with three aides in an encounter near Lahore on Tuesday.

He was directly involved in killing over 100 citizens of Pakistan in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. Indirectly, he was involved in killing of over 200 people.
LeJ was founded in 1996 as a militant offshoot of Sipah-i-Sahaba, a Sunni sectarian group that emerged in the mid-1980s. LeJ has claimed responsibility for the deaths of hundreds of civilians, mostly minority Shia Muslims.

Pakistan: 16 killed, 53 hurt as suicide bomber hits Mall Road in Lahore

At least 16 people were killed and 53 more injured when a suspected suicide bomber set off his explosives during a protest outside the Punjab Assembly on the main thoroughfare of the eastern Pakistani city of Lahore on Monday evening.

The blast occurred as a large number of chemists and pharmaceutical manufacturers were staging a demonstration against a new drug control act on the Mall Road, where several key government buildings are located. It was not clear if the protest was the target of the blast.

The media reported that the Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, a faction of the Pakistani Taliban, had claimed responsibility for the attack.

Lahore’s traffic police chief Ahmad Mobin and two other senior police officials were among the dead, authorities said.

This all is due to the ever expanding infightings between the muslamic terrorists and the ISI due to their own ever widening and sharpening deep internal contradictions. This is a small part of the global protracted war of the muslamic terrorist infighting.
