For all non-Jewish friends: Judaism has always forbidden all forms of castration, which includes animals. Even the filthiest animal would be spared of this kind of a treatment by any Jew anytime.
It's hard to believe this is happening anywhere in the world.  :'(

But hey, that's the "religion of peace" for you!
