I dont post much anymore but this is the website of HaRav Yitzhak Ginsburgh, http://inner.org/. he is a truly righteous rabbi and I feel very close to his Halachic and political views. Sadly his website is only rarely updated.

He is one of my favorite Rabbi!
Ezekiel 33:6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the horn, and the people be not warned, and the sword do come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity, but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.

He also has a great book called "rectifying the State of Israel" also a number of other books as well.

No why?
Because he is from Chabad, and very mystical! Unless I'm thinking about the wrong Rabbi.

Yea, but his book has practical implications even while using his style/language. I do understand it in a very practical manner.
On second thought my head does feel a little hot (just kiddin).
