Probably not, but I certainly would. Is it still art if you denigrate a wretched person or group? I think it is only art if it is anti-any-respectable person, group, religion, cause, organization, etc. For example, islam is not respectable, therefore denigrating islam would not be considered art.

If HIM is made of wax, just bring some nice soup with you - oops!
If HIM is made of lead, just put HIM on a pick-up truck, bring HIM home, and melt HIM to make some nice HIM bullets.
