Any preferences. I know how against coffee Chaim is lol, but I drink it black

,which is better than milk and sugar. I also enjoy tea, most flavors.

Really? It has a lot of antioxidants.

Mine is Green tea with Ginseng and Ginger. Too bad I cannot find this in stores any longer.

Pecan coffee is one of my favorites. It smells really wonderful and it tastes good too.

I also like Red Zinger from Celestial Seasonings, Ginger Tea, and Hot cocoa with cinnamon.

Basically anything we eat or drink can be considered a 'drug' because by definition :

Celestial Seasonings makes a Sweet Apple Chamomile tea that I absolutely love. I drink that at night. In the morning I usually have decaf black tea with a sugar substitute like Truvia or Nectresse. I weaned myself off of caffeinated coffee and espresso beverages, which used to be a staple part of my diet.

If I don't have a cup of coffee (sweetened and with half & half) after breakfast, then I have a bad headache. I am definitely addicted to it. After I have it, I feel great and I'm ready to go. I guess it's the same with crack addicts. But I only have the one cup per day, so I won't stop drinking it. Besides, one cup a day does have some health benefits (as someone mentioned above). And the truth is that, even if I could, I still wouldn't give it up. I enjoy it too much. If I were a smoker (never did), I would not keep this same attitude. But in the case of being addicted to one cup of coffee, I don't think that it's so terrible. And I think the benefit I get from the cup of coffee outweighs any negative that might be attached to it.

I love 7/11's coffee. I don't know what their secret is, I always thought it was the fact they have those fancy flavored creme/sugar milks. But I use those at home and my coffee at home doesn't even taste the same. Also on cold days such as this I drink more coffee(since I work outside)

Victorian earl grey tea from celestial seasonings in a large cup with a small amount of half & half cream. Comes out the best when I make it.

I drink this everyday after having a small cup of coffee.

I think it is good to not use coffee every day. I drink it sometimes but not on a daily basis. It's not good to get addicted to something to where if you stop drinking it it causes you to be cranky or cause headaches. Plus the stimulation from the caffeine might be a great help once in a while when you really need an extra boost (like if you were having to stay up late waiting for news at a hospital, or you had an extra long work shift, or you were obligated to work that day or had somewhere you needed to be but didn't get enough sleep) but constantly overstimulating your adrenals can't be good for you. Sometimes when I don't get enough sleep during the day I'll drink some coffee before I go to work at night. I don't really sleep on a natural cycle because of my shift so sometimes it gets out of whack and I don't sleep enough some days, so I need some coffee. I try not to drink it unless I need to though.

I've had it on a daily basis in the past and regretted it because then I would be sleepy when I wouldn't have it, so it kind of had a rebound effect. It's better if you can use it like any other drug, as needed.
