You mentioned many times that Jews are supposed to live only in Israel. Are Jews, according to Judaism, allowed to make holidays outside of Israel?

I think he means holiday the way the British mean it. They call vacations holidays. That would mean "Can Jews take vacations to countries outside of Israel?".
