The premise statement above is flawed:  it presupposes that American Jews are leftist.

In addition, the description "leftist" is undefined.

The "Conservative" Republicans campaigned on a platform of "international socialism".
examples:

-"I am an Internationalist." ...direct quote...George W. Bush during televised debate with Gore.

-the Republican "Drug Plan" for "senior citizens" is 100% Socialism...Federal Government intervention and takeover of private pharmaceutical industry which totally contravenes The Constitution of the U.S.A.

-"Mi casa es tu casa"...George W. Bush to an all Mexican audience promising them an "internationalist global" elimination of our sovereign borders to allow illegal aliens to invade our country.

As for all of the "leftist American Jews", Michael Savage's radio show was just on for three continuous hours broadcasting the only right wing patriotic rant to be heard over the national media.

Massuh is right.

Many people who consider themselves to be "American Jews" are not Jewish at all
(just like "Peaceful Muslims" are not considered real Muslims according to the Qur'an,
Hadith, and other faithful, jihadist Muslims).

Among the Ultra-Orthodox Hasidim communities, 100% vote for conservatives,
who are usually Republicans.

George Bush is an internationalist One World Government no-goodnik preppy elite
carpetbagger in Republican disguise, a Kissinger clone, who took over the White
House while Ronald Reagan was still President and purged it of old-school Reaganite
conservatives, replacing them with his CIA buddies and CFR neo-cons, which were
and still are Kissinger clones, as well.

They think they are Jewish!  They don't see that leftist ideology clashes with what
they believe is their Judaism.  Some of them will be exposed to Kahanist literature
and regain their senses.  But it seems that most are assimilated beyond hope.

Regardless, this thread doesn't belong in the "Save Israel" category.
