Well said Chaim, I have been reading so many bible stories of people going through the fire, being purged by evil men. Yes people are going to forfeit the best parts of their lives due to ignorance. In the book of Daniel, King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon had plundered the cream of Israel's crop, Daniel and other Hebrews like him, handsome, intelligent, gifted, and talented were swept immediately into the wind of Babylon indoctrination and cultural seduction. Those who chose not to be defiled by Babylon's excess experienced some of the greatest adventure engraved in the Holy Writtings, because they trusted in the Lord, the went through the fire and came out on the other side untouched as Daniel did. One of Satan's most effective schemes is simply to wear God's people out. He uses exhaustion and profound discouragement to persuade us to give up opposing him.
Its not accident Obama was elected.....God will use evil men to wake people up!
The tribe of Issachar was one of the tribes of Israel who really understood the times they were in. They probably did exactly what Daniel did while in captivity. They read scripture and prayed, and received insights from the Lord. Their example tells us that the times in which any generation lives ought to have a stable impact on what God's people should do.
There are too many complacent, ignorant people who are given free stuff from the government. Once you get to a welfare state, its hard to reverse, of course people will keep voting for handouts!
Ineptocracy ...... A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
