Silly Question, Please Help!

If I want to highlight and take certain phrases or paragraphs from other posters on the forum and reply to them and also include them in my reply how do I do that? I tried a few things but I haven't been able to do it right...  :-[!. Thanks!

Also, if you want to include more than one quote in your post, click on "Insert Quote" located to the right of the post you want to quote (this is only available when you are typing your post).
