Weird, I take it he no longer calls himself a Palestinian? That's pretty incredible if it's a real conversion. Wonder what his family has said?

 What do you mean "if its a real conversion"? He was converted, he practices the Torah of-course it is real. Its an offense to entertain or have suspicions if he had a real conversion or not.

It's not like the Israeli rabbis convert like they do in the US. no wonder the only legit converts are by Israeli rabbis.
