best way to learn biblical hebrew?

So I want to start reading the bible in the original biblical Hebrew but I was never taught how, now that I found a chabad nearby I want to read tanakh in the original form. Any recommendations for books to start learning? How different is biblical Hebrew from modern Hebrew?
