The majority of the Kohanim regardless where they are from are also related to the original Levites and Kohen priests regardless if they are from Morocco, Spain, Africa or Europe. Genetics and ancestry is critical for Kohanim from when the time of the temple comes as it is passed paternally, and also critical for determining tribe.
So this is evidence that Tia Ghose has been spreading this article and it is slanderous because the title indicates that "ALL Ashkenazi Jews have European genetics and roots", can you imagine the outrage if someone wrote "All Africans are really Irish" or "All Mexicans are the descendants of White European Spaniards"? This is a complete injustice and lie that needs to be corrected with evidence.

The article shows no evidence at all showing a genetic population study proving this, infact if one had converted to Judaism (since historically conversions were so low) eventually their children would intermarry and esentially carry middle eastern blood.
To top it off, the article fails to note genetic drift which other populations such as Christian middle easterners, Assyrians, Samartians and Druze have slowly genetically drifted away from Arabs due to the fact that they practice endogamy.
I have provided various evidence to prove that Jewish genetics do link the majority of Jews including Ashkenazi Jews together, infact, Ashkenazi Jews are moreso related to other Sephardic Jews than they are with other Europeans which is quite impressive since they have been separated for so long.
