Soda ban in NYC is now dead.

The proposed soda ban from Mayor Banberg is now offically dead.  The appeal's court in NY state has denied Mayor DiBlasio's continued appeal of Mayor Banberg's soda ban.  Now, we can drink as much soda we want! :dance:
