They blame Israel of course, demanding the WE build for them bomb shelters on illegal settlements that are spread practically everywhere in the Negev.



By the way, these are the same people that follow the IDF forces on their stolen SUVs and dune dune rovers and provide ranging coordinates for Hamas rocket fire.
