Democrats Lead All Congressional Polling

The latest (Mon July 28) Fox and Rasmussen polls have Democrats leading overall for Congress by 2%. Keep in mind both are considered to be Republican-oriented polls.

The day before that (Sunday the 27th), CNN had Democrats up by 4%.  :o ::)
