Thank you Chaim.
(I skipped to my question and listened to it first).
I would like to clarify the second part of my question-
"is it allowed to go into any field and eat the produce (in Israel) during it"
What I mean is that is one technically allowed to go into any Jewish field and eat from its produce during this year since the land is technically ownerless. As you mentioned about Otzer Beit Din- the farmer and workers get paid for things like transportation and other services they do to bring the produce to other people- BUT what if a person just goes to a farm and picks the vegetables him/herself would they technically be allowed to do so and would it not be considered stealing? Was this the original way that things were done? (Where the land grew its fruits and vegetables and people were allowed to take what they would eat) or was it something else?
