ISIS decapitations: preparing the world for Torah decapitations?

The Jew has 613 mitzvos, transgressing of many of which carry Capital Punishment, after due Sanhedraic legal process, by either Decapitation (Hereg), Stoning (Skilah), Incineration (Sreifah) or Strangulation (Chenek).
The Gentile has just 7 commandments, transgressing of any one carrying Capital Punishment by solely one method: Hereg - Decapitation!
Thus a Gentile who fails to set up a court sysytem, who eats from a living animal or who steals (even one cent!) etc. is liable to be exectuted by Decapitation.
In the Torah scheme, there is no such thing as jail or prison time!
This is not to be compared to the unwarranted ISIS Islamic murder of innocents.
But the phenomenon of ISIS is preparing the world for a time when Gentiles who violate any of the 7 Noahide Commands will have their heads lopped off, by Hashem's Decree!

There was no such thing as jail in those days. That doesn't mean it is incompatible with Torah law. It just wasn't invented yet at that time. I don't see why jail should be forbidden any more than a computer should be forbidden.

Their was jail in the time of Egypt. Yosef was put into jail in Egypt.
