But my question is a legal question.  Will the US Dept of Homeland Security, the FBI, and/or CIA be pursuing American citizens for contributing money to the cause of Lehava?   That type of "crime" would be severely punished as a federal offense with long jail sentences!  (if they did pursue that)

Lehava has had some major court victories following the arrests. So now Bogie intends to declare them terrorists. Hopefully that will be overturned but it shows that even a though Yaalon is a supposed former Leftist he hasnt truly done teshuva.
