Upon reading the article it is clear that she died of gunshots not of marijuana...

This article is just more proof that with legalized MJ the violence will be reduced. When it is illegal, only criminals can provide it and it leads to violence. When it is legal, there is no criminal involvement.

But again the problem is with violent criminals, not with the medicine itself.
