Baruch Marzel (some pronounce his last name Merzel) was disqualified by a 17-16 vote of a Knesset committee from running for the Knesset.
There is still a chance that the left wing court will overturn the decision in order for them to make it more easier to support lifting the ban place on Arab terrorist supporter Zoabi from running for Knesset. It is too early to tell.
Does this mean that the door has closed on any party (even if we had the money) that had some of the ideas espoused by Chaim ben Pesach?
Or does it mean that we just have to pick a different issue and be silent about transfer and once we get elected enact the transfer policies we want?
Or does it mean running a party espousing election reform including removing all anti-Kahane restrictions from the Knesset books without actually saying what we hold on transfer, similar to the way that the Green Leaf party is running a campaign to legalize Marijuana without actually saying what they hold about current use of Marijuana.
Or does this mean that we have to start pushing harder to have Judea and Samaria declared as a separate Jewish state which would be exempt from all the laws of the current regime?
Or any other possibilities?
