If the Marzel ban is not over turned does Yachad still pass the thresh hold?

If it doesn't pass the thresh hold Marzel's banning IMHO,may not be such a bad thing as that POS Eli Yishai won't be able to demand to be interior minister this time around & deny Jews aliyah.
Any thoughts?
And yes I heard the Hebrew video of Chaim & agree with what what he said.
I would really hate to see Yishai as interior minister ever again.
