The writers of the 14th Amendment were not prophets so they never put in a line that says that equal protection under the law does not apply to homosexual marriage. Who would have ever though of that then? The Republicans wrote that amendment. The Democrats were the ones with Confederate flags back then. The liberal Democrats should stop hijacking Republican legislation. They already hijacked the whole Democrat Party. It's like Deform Jews try to hijack Judaism.
These liberal judges are the American legal version of Deform "rabbis". They take laws out of context from the original meaning. I would think they would cite the First Ammendment, not the 14th Ammendment. Now they put homosexuality as if it's a disability. Yet they said it's homophobic to call it a mental disorder. They can't have it both ways.
