We Jews never had power.  In the Diaspora, we were at the mercy of whomever was in power and they did whatever they could to us.  We ran from country to country looking for a safer place to live.  And without a country and without any power, it all led up to the Shoah.  Finally we got Israel back and we became very powerful.  And what do we fail to do?  We fail to use our power!!  Why?  Why did we sit back and not use the power we have when Iran FIRST started their nuclear program?  Why didn't we remember our history and FIGHT BACK??  Why didn't we bomb Iran's first nuclear site on THE FIRST DAY?  The old saying, "He who hesitates is lost," keeps going through my mind.  Israel has an existential threat and has the power to stop this threat and yet does nothing.  We are very powerful now.  Why aren't we using it?

It's kinda pathetic to see someone say "stop doing it" and "NEVER AGAIN" in the same paragraph, no offense. It's the same thing as the golden calf. You know destruction will come by letting it happen, and you don't approve, but you just can't go kill all the Erev Rav. So destruction comes again and again.
