The person who released it on Facebook claimed it was taken in Grigny (a filthy muslim infested communist suburb of Paris).
Rushing to defend muslim nazis, bolshevik media reveiled that the original picture was really taken at a police station in the UK.
Since they were worried it was so credible, as the same thing occurs every month at welfare offices all over France, even if the original photo was from the UK, it illustrates the degree of cancerous muslim nazi infiltration now afflicting Europe.
Just wait till their babies grow up, and vote. The arab muslim nazis must go!
