Is this ad racist?

Advertisements for the "Museum of Man" have been plastered all over Paris by the socialist government.

The ad states: "Man evolves, so does his museum."

It shows a dark skinned woman removing the face of a white woman, implying that blacks and mulattos are more evolved than whites, a politically motivated racist reversal of historical facts.

Not more evolved than whites just evolved... It's a plain fact that miscegenation is very common now days... Here where I live on Long Island it's zebra central... This leads me to believe that among younger folks today this is the way they go... The bottom line is the picture is only stating a fact.

To evolve is not simply to change, it implies gradual progress from an inferior state to a superior state.

Change without wisdom is not progress, as seen on Strong Island or in Mike Judge's Idiocracy. 

It is notable that the building housing the so-called Museum of Man was built in honor of Adolf Hitler (Yemach Shemo)

A pretty easy way to tell is to switch the race from black to white. Of course it is, and it's the reversal of applied human evolution; eugenics. Switching racism around doesn't end it, it perpetrates and instigates it.
