Why can't you just answer the questions in audio only format and keep the introduction in video format? The video format of the introduction is maybe a half an hour at most. The questions answered in an audio only format would take up less time to upload and also since it wouldn't include the introduction, it would be a lot shorter.

I don't think that's a good idea. They will look for any reason to accuse him of violating his parole. It's better if he doesn't take part in political activities until he is allowed in Israel. Just ask Chaim about when Chaim was on parole.
