Technically,  yes.

But I believe Ted Cruz meant is before Israel became an independent country,  it was called Palestine.   Not the way the term has been used in the modern era (  Arab entity ).

There is a "Palestine" in Texas but Texas is nowhere near the Middle East.

Ted may be technically correct but in reality the Phalestine never existed either in past or in present or in future.

Ted Cruz isn't JTF or a Kahanist to include the fact that even though there was such a place named Palestine, that it was changed by Romans from the name Judea and that Jews who re found the current state of Israel created an entity not to occupy it, to help Jews return home after praying for 2000 years 3 times a day to return to Zion.

Cruz knows the bible and so does his father Rafael....he knows the importance of supporting Israel and the past history...the rest of the candidates are really dumb about the Bible....(WHICH IS GOD'S WORD, GUIDANCE, AND PROPHETIC PLANS FOR THE WORLD.)
