Migrant housing: Paris today, NYC tomorrow?
« on: June 09, 2016, 09:36:09 PM »
The Socialist mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo (who got the job because she has a secret child of Socialist President Francois Hollande), has decided to house muslim migrants in the nicest parts of town.

Her lethal weapon is an ordonnance called the Reinforced Right of Urban Pre-emption, passed with her Assistant-Mayor for Housing Ian Brossat (Communist) in Dec. 2014, giving the city the right to seize buildings to turn them into Low Income housing, Soviet style.

The 1st effect protested by home owners is an immediate drop by 30% in the value of surrounding real estate.

The 2nd effect is illustrated by a muslim migrant family housed by the city composed of 1 man, his 3 wives and their 17 children.

The city plans to turn 30% of homes into Low Income housing, meaning the creation of over 7.000 housing units per year (at taxpayer's expense).

Ironically, Brossat brags that he is "emblematically" targeting wealthy areas where the price of real estate is high. For example, three buildings near Place Vendome and the Champs-Elysees inaugurated last June by the mayor: 16.5 million Euros for 51 apartments or 323.500 Euros per Low Income Unit, a fortune!

This political manoeuvre is quite clear: the Left is preparing for re-election by implanting a more favourable electorate in the most hostile areas.

They are not refugees. They want to become Mughal Kings of Europe and USA.
There are thunders and sparks in the skies, because Faraday invented the electricity.

Talk about "refugees", the so called palestinian refugees and their descendants are not allowed to acquire citizenship in most Arab countries to this day.
