They are not moving in so fast because of the prices that my co-op charges new people who want to move in here. Also, there are 2 spaces in the shopping center that have been empty for some time, one for a year and a half, the other for about 9 months.

Whats the point then?! It'd be better to have them occupied even for less. Don't the people realise that this is because of that man? Why don't they pressurize him or something?

Yes, in 2009. The only term limits is if you are elected to 2 straight 3 year terms. He has been elected to 2 straight 2 year terms.
