Saturday afternoon, people enjoying a day at the beach near the village of Sisco were interrupted by a group of muslim women in ‘burkinis’ surrounded by arab men carrying heavy gym bags.
Supposedly angered that a tourist took photos near them, the arabs yelled insults and threw stones at beachgoers, pulled axes, machetes, knives and harpoons from their bags and rushed onlooking local kids and tourists, wounding several.
Alerted by their panicked children, parents arrived at the scene where they were attacked by the knife yielding muslims who wounded a man and a pregnant woman with spearguns.
Upon this, the rest of the village descended to the beach and torched the arabs’ cars, after which riot police intervened to disperse the crowd.
