How would you like Congress to respond to Obama's Anti-Israel UN vote

It is morally and politically advantageous for Pro-Israel forces in Congress to suggest some Law or Resolution to Counter Obama's recent vote against Israel in the UN that might pave the way to sanctions - or boycotts.
What do you suggest?
1 A Law to defund or disband the UN
2 A declaration that Pal. Authority has fundamentally violated all agreements and the peace process is officially dead and buried
3 A declaration of support for Israel's annexing any lands that it sees fit to annex to restore lands that were part of Biblical Israel.
4 Declaration of Support for Israel controlling the land from the Nile to the Euphrates
5 Its Chanuka time when the Maccabees  succeeded in restoring the Temple Service of Lighting the Menora in the proper area on the Temple Mount against the will of their enemies. In light of the times to ask Congress to support a resolution to allow Israeli Jews to light a modern day  Menora on the Temple Mount

6 Economic warfare against the Pal Authority
7 Punish France and England for their support of the Anti-Israel resolution by taking Trump's campaign promise seriously about making NATO "allies" pay their fair share of the Defense Burden and possibly looking for ways to withdraw from the alliance.
8 That the House of Representatives should introduce an Impeachment Bill Against Obama for one of the many crimes, that he's committed against the law over the years. Let's keep the bum busy for the remainder of his time in office fighting impeachment.

Additional ideas are welcome. Also I might not be taking into account in some of these suggestions, some "pragmatic" considerations, which may be an issue for you.

Whatever will pave the way for the complete destruction of the UN is best.  And the quickest way for that to happen, is to stop funding it altogether... and just pull out completely.  I just can't support anything less than this.

But at least, it needs to be completely illigitimized.... basically to become a group of meaningless politicians... who's resolutions don't mean anything to anyone.

But I just want everything that Obama has done to be annulled.... I want his entire existence erased..  I want all his evil legislation both home and abroad to be undone.

Not only should the US stop funding the UN, it should no longer be the host nation.   The UN can move to some other country if they want to continue.

Foreign affairs experts are warning that the diplomatic upheavals caused by US President Obama's conduct on the UN vote are not necessarily his last word on Israel.

At the cabinet meeting yesterday the experts on foreign affairs presented a scenario in which Obama could even on his last day in office cause harm to Israel.

The concern is that Obama may promote a move in the UN Security Council whereby the guidelines of a peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians wouldwith the establishment of a Palestinian state. Israel would find it hard to present an alternative model after these guidelines are set.

The above article gives more incentive for the friends of Israel to try to press for Obama's impeachment.
Since he for example is also involved in Hillary's email scandal, you could get 2 birds with one stone by reviving the issue.

The experts on foreign affairs also posed another concern regarding the Paris conference which is supposed to take place during the course of February. At the conference a pro-Palestinian peace initiative may be presented and could be viewed as authoritative if it is adopted.

Left-wing elements continued to criticize Prime Minister Netanyahu this morning. Former deputy foreign minister Yossi Beilin termed his conduct "infantile and panicky" and said that he had singlehandedly caused Israel's isolation, since steps like boycotting the official ambassador of Senegal, punishing the UN and reprimanding the ambassadors of France and Britain will automatically cause Israel to be isolated.

Yesh Atid leader Yair Lapid also criticized Netanyahu's conduct and demanded a special meeting of the Foreign Affairs and Defense committee. He said that "the Security Council decision requires us to initiate a practical, organized plan of action so that we can prevent damage to Israel's economy, security and international relations. What we need at present is to strengthen our foreign relations and not to weaken them."
