The ruling is fake. An Anti-Torah court (or any Non-Rabbinic court) has no authority to rule on Halachic matters. I wonder if they would rule on matters of Sharia. Now the woman will forever be an agunah because there is no final Rabbinic ruling. Thanks to the Low Court, there may be mamzerim and then the court will try to rule that they can marry any Jews they want. Soon we'll see them forcing the recognition of intermarriage in the State. They already recognize intermarriage carried out abroad.
