The two in the middle look like men.  That is just an observation.
You can compete as a woman if you just 'think' you are a woman?
Then why wouldn't every man compete as a woman.
You most likely will win and get publicity.

What an advance in our civilization. A man masquerading as a woman defeats actual women in weight lifting.
