He said that he was never accused of a violent attack. Does this count as lying under oath? It's a known fact that he was charged with murder. Even if you believe the lie that "he be not guilty", you have to admit he was charged. Did he forget the over one year of his life he spent in jail while being tried for murder?
Even if the murder trial is not allowed to be included in the current parole decision, isn't lying enough of a reason to not let him go on parole?
