The Arabs wouldn't want to be drafted. Maybe he is doing it so they can be arrested for draft evasion. On the other hand, they may want to join so they can get Israeli weapons to kill Israelis. Maybe they will want to do it like the Muslim in the US Military that killed his fellow soldiers.
