If you have been watching the news on the shooting of the Majorie Stoneman Douglas shootings in Parkland Florida, you know that there were many warning signs displayed by Nikolas Cruz. The police made some 39 calls to his home for domestic violence against his mother and brother, he was cutting himself, and threatened his mother, and brother, he was cruel to little animals, stated he wanted to be a professional shooter at schools, the FBI and Police knew this. He was thrown out of school for his conduct, and 3 days later kills 17 of his classmates. The school, FBI, Police department had tips and information on everything that Cruz had done, they had warnings of his volatility and did not record those incidents on the background check that allowed him to buy a gun. Everything in this man's record points to mental illness, so why was this information not on the background check? The authorities have failed to do their jobs with this information..... and shame on the police for sitting outside instead of going into the school to protect those children.
The schools should have armed security, metal detectors, cameras, and the same kind of protection as banks, airports, businesses, politicians, or other elites who have security guards. This is in no way the NRAs fault...it belongs at the feet of the Broward Sheriff's department, the FBI, and the school for declaring it a NO-GUN ZONE. WHAT A CROCK OF BOLOGNA. IN HOW MANY OF THESE GUN ZONES WERE OUR CHILDREN KILLED. JUST SHOWS EVERYONE THAT THEY NEED TO BE ARMED BECAUSE OF THE LIBERALS WHO WANT ALL OF US TO GIVE UP OUR RIGHTS SO THAT EVIL HAS AN EDGE OVER US,
