This is a toughie, because both Carter and Obama were equally evil.  I think the main difference, is that Obama had 8 years to complete his evil deeds.

1)  Obama was the only active U.S. president to insist that Israel go back to the pre-1967 suicide borders.  (obviously Carter later supported it)   
2)  Obama refused to veto the U.N.'s historic security council resolution calling Israel 'criminal'
3)  Obama was responsible for the Iran deal.

So while I think that both are evil... Obama did more evil acts.

The Sinai Expulsion was due to the peanut farmer. Israel didn't withdraw during Obama's time in office. Other than the peanut farmer, the other withdraws were under Clinton (all of the numerous Oslo agreements starting with the abomination on the White House laws in 1993 up to Sharm el-Sheikh in 1999) or Bush/Sharon (Gaza and Northern Samaria Expulsion). I don't think Bush was responsible though. It was Sharon on his own. Nevertheless, the US was punished with Katrina right after the Expulsion since Bush is from Texas and Condoleeza Rice is from Mississippi with Louisiana in between. Katrina was also a result of a planed homosexual parade (see below) and the voodoo culture.

Obama wanted to be and got Israel a weapons deal with India (not that they have our backs either, but ty for the dough) , and didn't get an inch as mentioned.

None of them are better or worse for Israel, GWB took land from us too. All that matters is what we do for what happens to Israel. Trusting in presidents instead of Hashem is bad for Israel.

There were 4 Presidents that were very anti Israel.
Eisenhower, Carter, Bush number 1 and Obama.

As much as a disslike Bush HW, he wasn't obsessed with hatred of Israel at the same level as Carter and Obama.  I think Bush HW was a typical RINO... who made bad decisions because of typical RINO ignorance of 'peace'... similar to many of the JINO's and of many Israeli P.M.s. 

But Carter and Obama genuinely hate Israel and are obsessed with the destruction of Israel.   As much as a Muslim or Nazi or Roger Waters hates Israel.  They want Israel wiped off the map.  They probably have fantasies of Israel being nuked.

George H. W. Bush interfered with the Israeli elections in 1992, helping Rabin win, therefore enabling him to sign Oslo.
