HELP: HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PICTURE

For those who need help with your pictures (also called avitars), I put this little quick help together.

1] Click the PROFILE button. It looks like this:

     

2] Click "Forum Profile Information" over on the left

3] Click "I have my own pic:" and paste a link to any picture on the web into that text box.

NOTE: If you click on any picture with the RIGHT mouse button and choose "Properties" from the menu, you'll get a popup window. Copy the Address (URL) onto the clipboard using CTRL-C (C for Copy) and paste it into the textbox on the profile page using CTRL-V (V looks like a paste arrow pointing down).

4] Under "Personal Text:" choose any message you'd like under your picture

5] Click the "Change Profile" button

Now this next part will allow you to get notifications when you get private messages. I highly recommend using this feature!

6] Click on "Personal Message Options" over on the left

7] Check the box "Show a popup when you receive new messages"

8] Click the "Change Profile" button

That's all there is to it.
