Britian has much more spying and cameras all the over the street then the U.S. I guess i'm caucassoid my ancestors where Russian and Austrians but who really knows more then 6 or7 generations

My mother's parents were of Russia, maybe from nearby the Caucasus mountains.. So it's a real deal with my caucasian ethnicity :)

Because the physical appearance of the vast amounts of caucasians are white or light skinned.

Over the years common use it became to mean "white".

And years being since the late 1700's.
