Gentiles are obligated to fulfill the Seven Noahide Commandments because they are the eternal command of God, transmitted through Moses our teacher in the Torah. The main and best book on details of Noahide observance is "The Divine Code" by Rabbi Moshe Weiner.

Women modesty is not an optional mitzvah. Every woman should be modest. I wish we live in the world of modest people.

My ex-girlfriend was an evil immodest woman. She participated in mixed dancing and mixed swimming and she dressed and acted like a whore. I hate her. Thank G-d I got rid of her. Yes, it would be ideal to live in a world of modest people. It doesn't matter if a woman is smart or beautiful. If she is immodest, she is evil.

You have to be very lucky to meet a woman and make her Noachide according to the Divine Code. This is quite problematic. If she doesn't  want to cover her hair or she wants to go to sea with children and yet there are no woman only beaches. These are very hard decisions once you have a stable marriage and children. You have to be sure before the marriage that she respects a Torah completely.

HaShem controls the entire universe with infinite power. If He wants to give me a righteous woman, He will. I can compromise on some things, but I will never compromise on one thing: my wife needs to follow the 7 commandments as explained in the Divine Code. I had a choice between HaShem and my girlfriend. I chose HaShem. Of course it is harder to make that decision if you are married and have children. But come on, if your wife is evil and immodest, how can you possibly have a stable marriage? Yes, the Divine Code says that a man should become very well acquainted (non-physically) with a woman before the marriage. If she refuses to accept the 7 commandments, it is forbidden to marry her.

Well said, if HaShem wants to give us righteous woman, He certainly will do that.
