Moshe is smart and savvy and it seems he learned from his experience in April, that he simply can't get enough votes on his own to enter the Knesset, no matter what he does or how great his plans and ideas are. Fortunately, he's got enough vote pulling power that other groups will want to merger merger with him and he can make the best of his second chance to enter the Knesset. Better to be in the Knesset than out.
