Russia Oppooses Jerusalem Light Rail

Russia and its church official have no right to dictate to Israel what to do. Foreign governments should not have sovereignty over religious sites in Israel. The same goes for France. France owns a church and they also control a Jewish holy site and deny Jewish rights there.
