I've read they have decided to do a stricter lockdown since yesterday. Obviously their number of diagnosed cased is completely off. But their 'experiment' so far in my opinion is not failing, as long as you agree to a somewhat higher mortality rate that is. Their hospitals haven't been overrun so far.
